St. Mark’s Lutheran School and Preschool is a Christian school located with three other schools on Buckwheat Rd. in Milford, OH. In 1997, St. Mark’s opened its doors with a few preschool students. Over the next years, the school grew and in 2011 St. Mark’s held its first 8th grade graduation.
Today, chartered by the State of Ohio and a member of the National Lutheran Schools Accreditation, St. Mark’s serves children from more than 30 churches and 11 school districts in the Cincinnati area.
If you have not already done so, please take a moment and read our Mission and purpose Statement. As a Christian school, our educational goals are derived from a Biblical Christian philosophy of education. With small class sizes and support programs that challenge students’ potential, students are encouraged to think critically, make moral decisions about life and act on them as godly servant-leaders.
Most importantly, the students and visitors to our hallways often experience the presence of the Holy Spirit. We often refer to St. Mark’s as the school that connects students with Jesus. That is how the teachers and staff approach our ministry.
